With a background rooted in organizational leadership, human resources, and operations, Wardah brings a thoughtful and structured approach to the day-to-day operations of Effendi Plastic Surgery. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, with minors in Human Resources and Psychology, and has worked within Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble and Schlumberger.
Wardah brings a unique perspective that bridges operational precision with a deep appreciation for aesthetics and form. Her role within the practice extends beyond management—she is closely involved in shaping the patient experience, ensuring each interaction feels seamless, personal, and thoughtfully curated.
Known for her warmth and approachability, Wardah prioritizes building trust with patients from their very first interaction, guiding them through the process with clarity and care. Her background in hospitality, retail, and human resources allows her to anticipate patient needs while maintaining the highest standard of service.
Outside of the practice, she enjoys exploring art galleries and museums, listening to music, and spending time with her husband, family, and pets.
